We have several events throughout the year and are always looking for great partners. Below lists the three ways you can be a part of our great events.

The DHS & SPCA of San Joaquin County (DHS & SPCA) is excited to offer a range of sponsorship opportunities to promote your business and associate your business with a great cause. Each year we host several events throughout the year to help support our animals and further our mission of providing shelter, rehabilitative, and medical care for animals in need.

The SPCA of Anne Arundel County hosts three major fundraising events each year, which include the following:

WINE AND FOOD EVENT.

Each fall DHS & SPCA holds a wine and food event. Approximately over Three hundred people and over 81 Vendors and Sponsors attend. We accept sponsorship opportunities as well as vendor spaces.

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS

DHS & SPCA invites the community to our facility to do last-minute Christmas shopping with local vendors, enjoy hors d’oeuvres and beverages while mingling with some furry friends. As always, Santa Paws will make an appearance.

Host An Event

Help the homeless animals by hosting an event or throwing a party on behalf of DHS & SPCA


DHS & SPCA of San Joaquin County receives requests to participate in events, bring animals to events, and partner with other organizations. While we would love to accommodate all requests, we must be sure we have the proper resources and staffing to ensure a successful event for everyone involved.


We ask that organizations seeking our partnership or participation in their event (including marketing the event) complete this form. Our staff will review the request and determine if we can commit to and assist with your event.

Event Advertising

DHS & SPCA of San Joaquin County operational staff ensures each event is advertised on our website and Facebook page. The sooner we get the information, the sooner we can promote the event. Depending on the event, we are able to assist in creating eye-catching posters/fliers.

Note: If you are requesting assistance, please ensure a high-resolution copy of your logo with a clear background is available.

If your organization chooses to create a flier, please follow these guidelines:


  • Ensure that DHS & SPCA of San Joaquin County logo is clearly visible.
  • Download the PNG with a black logo with transparent background, or
  • Download the JPEG with a black logo with white background.
  • Include the full “Delta Stockton Humane Society & Society For Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals Of San Joaquin County” name, at least once, when referencing the shelter. “DHS & SPCA Of San Joaquin” can be used as an abbreviation afterwards.
  • Provide sufficient information for people to find the event, including date, time, full address, and contact information for questions.
